Refund policy
Theeon currently does not accept returns or exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part. If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us via email at eon@theeonco.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Additionally, please make sure to double check your order prior to placing an order to avoid any trouble your items. As well, we will not be accepting exchanges due to ill-fitting items at this time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that any address mistake coming from the customer leading to an impossible delivery will automatically be refund without the shipping fees if the package is sent back to us. If the customers want the product, they will need to place a new order with a valid address. If the package is lost we will not be responsible and will not refund the order.
